Benny didn’t answer her directly. He only looked away, tucked Flossie in, and said, “You’re still young. It’s not too late for us to have a child when I secure the position as CEO.”

Flossie wanted to push him away. But she felt like her strength was drained out of her body. She could only threaten him, “Don’t touch me. Otherwise, I will kill myself in front of you.”
Benny looked at Flossie in shock. And he was more surprised to see the hatred in her eyes. He pursed his lips and stepped back. “Calm down first. I’m just outside. Call me if you feel uncomfortable.”
Flossie closed her eyes, not wanting to see him again. When she heard the sound of the door being closed, she cried even louder.
Since the door was closed, Benny could no longer hear Flossie’s voice.
